Swan Cleaners Environmental Clean-Up

The Richland County Land Reutilization Corporation (Land Bank) has established a Public Information Repository for the Environmental Clean-Up of Swan Cleaners. Repository will be located in the Land Bank Office located in Richland County Building on lower level 1, 50 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, Ohio, Monday through Friday 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The ABCA, administrative record, and other project documents will be available for public review starting February 18, 2020.
