The Richland County Land Bank is a 501(C)3 non-profit corporation. Our Mission is to make a positive sustainable impact on Richland County by strategically acquiring vacant and abandoned properties, reducing blight, rehabilitating and developing properties, stabilizing and revitalizing neighborhoods, and improving the quality of life for our residents.

Opening Doors to Attainable Home Ownership
Through a state grant, the Richland County Land Reutilization Corporation and community building partners are building six new homes for qualified buyers. This program is meeting Richland County’s need for affordable, energy-efficient homes.
