Amy grew up outside of Mansfield. She spent 25 years as a graphic artist (whose job was outsourced to India). Being forced to make a mid-life career change, Amy attended North Central State College where she obtained her Associate’s in Applied Business and Paralegal Studies. After nearly a year working as an (unpaid) intern for the Mansfield’s Law Director, she was hired by Donnie Mitchell (Community Development Manager) to administer the Moving Ohio Forward grant. As the grant was winding down, she was lucky enough to catch the eye of County Treasurer Bart Hamilton. Her vast skill set has allowed her to assist in the development and day-to-day operations of Richland County Land Reutilization Corporation.

Greg is a life-long resident of Mansfield and graduated from Mansfield Senior High. Greg worked most of his adult life in the pest control industry and is licensed in several categories. Greg also has experience working in the floor covering trade, specializing in ceramic tile and vinyl sheet goods. Prior to working for the Richland County Land Bank, Greg worked for Habitat for Humanity as the Construction Supervisor and is knowledgeable in the building trades. Greg currently is a property inspector for the Land Bank.

Jon is a life-long resident of Mansfield and graduated from Malabar High School. Jon retired from the City of Mansfield with 34 years of service in various departments, including Community Development. Upon retiring, Jon ran for and served two terms on Mansfield City Council. Jon is currently an inspector for the Land Bank and a standing member of its Executive Committee.
